A lot of what we do for our clients is ‘behind the scenes.’ Most of the time, users going through sites that we have developed have no idea that the technology and services that keep the site going are provided by someone other than our client. That’s the intel – or intelligence – that we bring to the table for our customers. We know how to get the job done and represent them in the best light. From the initial planning of content creation to the final tech support calls, we want to make it easy for our customers – and their customers – to get what they want.

Yes, we rely heavily on technology – doesn’t everyone these days? But it’s really the people that we have that make the difference. There are always at least 10 ways that you can provide a technology solution for someone – the technology is nearly always the least challenging. But putting the right people on the job is far more challenging and important.

I always believe that you should hire people who are smarter than you are – and I think I’ve pretty much done that in our company. We have an amazing staff with such varied skills and interests – it’s no wonder that I continue to learn from them on a daily basis. Always trying to keep the intel growing. So far, so good!
